5. Refunds and Credits

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after return approval and inspection.

Customer Responsibility:
You are responsible for all applicable taxes, including but not limited to sales tax and any other government-imposed charges.
Tax Exemptions:
If you are tax-exempt, valid exemption documentation must be provided at the time of purchase. Retroactive tax refunds are not available.

Any legal action related to billing shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida.
