Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, with a same-day processing cutoff time of 5:00 PM EST.

Standard domestic shipping delivery time is approximately 3–5 business days after shipment. Carriers used include USPS, UPS, FedEx, and for large items, FedEx Freight, Old Dominion, and XPO Logistics.

5.2 Risk of Loss

All purchases are made pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon delivery of the product to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided items are unused, in original packaging, and include all original components.

• Restocking Fee: 20%

• Return Shipping: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
