If Your Order Arrives With an Issue

We recommend checking your shipment as soon as it is delivered. If you observe any visible damage to the packaging or contents, please note this on the delivery documentation before signing. When a full inspection isn’t possible at the time of delivery but damage is suspected, clearly mark the receipt with “suspected damage.”

Once received, our team will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible—typically within one business day—so your operations experience minimal disruption.
